4D Massage Technology
4D Technology Rollers in the body of the chair move up and down, left and right, in and out, and make speed adjustments to provide unprecedented massage comfort and therapeutic effectiveness. The speed adjustments are performed automatically, without the need for user input, to provide a massage that emulates what a massage therapist may provide. 
Calf Kneading Massage
The TS9000 features new Calf Kneading Massage options that helps to improve blood flow and lymph circulation. The salient Calf scraping massage can relive fatigue, tightness, or pain of the calf muscles, effectively promote good blood circulation, massage meridians, effectively reduces stiffness and tension of leg muscles, and relieve swelling.  
Our calves can be thought of as the body’s “second heart.”  When we use these muscles, they work as secondary pumps for the circulatory system. But when we remain seated for long periods of time, we lose this function. The calves swell, and circulation of lymph slows along with blood flow.
This massage is especially important to use on a regular basis for people who do not get enough exercise and have a sedentary lifestyle.

4D Massage: This moderate strength program adopts a variety of massage techniques at the neck, shoulders, waist and hips to relieve fatigue.
Relax Massage: Relaxation is the focus of this program. Massage techniques tuina and kneading are used for a full body massage. This massage focuses on the waist and buttocks to help relax the body and mind.
Shoulders Care: Program designed to relieve neck and shoulder fatigue through a variety of techniques such as kneading, tuina, and lifting.
Thai Stretch: Inspired by Thai-style massage, this program adopts 4D movement in conjunction with powerful airbags to stretch the body and massage the waist. This helps relieve muscle fatigue and reinforce body vitality.
Sedentary Stretch: Program designed to help relax tense muscles from sitting too long and stretch the body. Techniques such as pushing, kneading, and tapping intensively massage the waist and buttocks.
Sports Healing: Post exercise recovery program uses kneading and tapping to the whole body to help relieve muscle soreness and accelerate muscle recovery.
Elderly Massage: Gentle kneading and pressing throughout the massage assisted by medium-speed swinging movements. Suitable for leisure time after meals.

"Smart Lift" Massages are specifically designed to be suitable during different times of the day.

Smart Lift Massage Name Description
 Vitality Activation This program is suitable between 7-9 A.M. It consists of a variety of massage techniques to massage the neck and is assisted by other massage programs to wake up and prepare the body the start of a nice day.
Lunch Break This program is suitable between 12-3 P.M. It consists of a variety of massage techniques to massage the waist and back, assisted by proper neck kneading to help relieve midday fatigue.
Sleep Aid This program is suitable for relaxing before going to bed at night. It consists of different massage techniques with gentle, mild, moderate, and slow speeds to massage the whole body. The massage chair swings to assist in achieving total body relaxation to help provide a good night's sleep.

Uniquely designed negative ion generator near the head releases fresh negative ions continually, providing effective air purification, activation of cells, and enhanced immunity.

SL Rail Design
The TS9000’s advanced SL rail design is another feature that puts this chair in a class all its own. Much closer to the natural contours of the spine and hips than the S or L rails of past models, the SL rail exerts less unwanted bone pressure and more of the deep tissue relief and circulatory stimulation you need from a therapeutic massage. This industry-best 135cm long rail brings full roller massage and shiatsu functionality from the base of the skull to the top of the calves, for amazing integration with the pressure and kneading functions around the legs, feet, arms, and hands.

Warranty Information

All products are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR on Labor and Three (3) YEARS on Mechanical Parts from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, FUJIMI will either 1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or 3) provide a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed in accordance with instructions provided by FUJIMI, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

Obtaining Service: To obtain warranty service, call FUJIMI at (424)757-9023. Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorized service center for replacement, per our instructions

Limits and Exclusions: Coverage under this Limited Warranty is limited to the United States of America, including the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured for FUJIMI that can be identified by the “FUJIMI” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them or their packaging. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-FUJIMI products.

This warranty does not apply to: a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product’s use or the installation of components and; b) damage caused by tear and wear; c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake or other external causes; d) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of FUJIMI; e) accessories used in conjunction with a covered product; f) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; g) items intended to be periodically replaced By the purchaser during the normal life of the product including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; h) any product sold “as is” including, without limitation, floor demonstration models and refurbished items; i) to a product that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose; or j) damage caused by not using a surge protector.


FUJIMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUJIMI DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. Intelligent Mechanical Massage Hands

The body contour scanning technology of the Fujimi massage chair collects data on your body shape as your massage is underway. This is necessary not only because every person has a different body shape, but because no human is built with perfectly symmetrical right and left sides. With smart body scanning, you get a "stereo" massage that adjusts pressure and position to the contours of your particular physique, much as a live masseuse would accommodate these same differences.

Also referred to as “intelligent hands”, this function allows for precise massaging of the delicate cervical spine with shiatsu finger pressure, kneading, and rolling, as well as pinpoint manipulation of the thoracic spine and shoulders. Of course, you can always adjust the width, intensity, and speed of any aspect of your massage with manual controls and full customization.

40 Air Pressure Massage Bellows

The TS9000 is equipped with air bellows in 40 locations, stimulating circulation throughout the body with invigorating kneading and pressure along key muscle groups and nervous system meridians. Holding time was carefully verified up to 0.1 seconds to find the most comfortable timing.

Carbon Fiber Far Infared Heating

A 40°C-50°C back heating function can relieve coldness and pain in your back. The emissive far infrared wavelength of the heating function coincides with the human body wavelength allowing the energy to be absorbed by human cells, which can activate cells and promote metabolism.

Zero Gravity Position

Zero Gravity position, based on the posture astronauts take during liftoff, positions the legs and torso at 118 degrees and elevates the thighs and calves above heart level. Extendable Footrest with 3 Sets of Massage Rollers

The leg rest/calf frame features a telescopic adjustment function that allows it to adjust and extend out 18cm. The adjustment allows for the proper length extension according to the user's leg. The leg rest also retracts by spring force to adapt to the proper position.

3 Sets of Massage Rollers in the Footrest provide a massage to the roots of the toes, and a rolling and scraping massage is available for the arch of the foot.

  • Massage Chair did meet my expectations. I heard good reviews from my friend who has their chair for a while and finally convinced me to give it a try at their showroom at Pearlridge mall. I had a hard time to decide from two model (between the '20 and '21 model) since both had a good massage. Ended up with the 2020 model because of the stretch feature sold me the chair. It does great massage on my back from the neck to the hip, yeah it does the hip massage.
    I'm satisfy with this chair, no complains at all except of one minor thing that when you like to use this chair as regular just sitting chair, is not the best chair, but well it's a massage chair not a reclining chair after all.
