Fujimi Massage Chairs Return Policy


Fujimi Massage Chairs offers a satisfaction-guaranteed 30-day return policy. Products purchased directly from Fujimi Massage Chairs can be returned within 30 days of the received date. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required to return a product. Please contact our customer support team at info@fujimimassagechair.com to obtain your RMA number. The RMA number is required to be on a reference line on the shipping label created for return shipment. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

Products must be received in like-new condition, in the original boxes, with all the original packaging materials, parts, and accessories. The customer is responsible for any damage to the chair (e.g., scuffs, scratches, odors, spots, and stains), missing parts, and accessories and may be liable for additional fees. Return shipping and handling is not refundable.

The customer will be responsible for:

Prepayment of all shipping charges.

All risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Fujimi Massage Chairs.

Fujimi will issue a refund only after the returned product is received, inspected by Fujimi, and determined to be in acceptable condition. If the customer returns the product to Fujimi without an RMA number from Fujimi or beyond the 30-day period, Fujimi retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product. However, in special circumstances this can be negotiated.

Once Fujimi receives the returned product and finds that it meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. All products are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

  1. Contact Fujimi within 30 days of receipt and obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are required for all returns.
  2. Prepare the item to be returned using the original packaging materials and ship the item back to Fujimi. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Do not forget to include the RMA number with the return.
  3. Fujimi will inspect the item upon receipt and issue a refund if the item is received in acceptable condition.
